BOOKING POLICY

  • Appointment: We suggest arriving 10 – 5 minutes early to your appointment. Appointment is automatically canceled after a 10 minutes no-show.
  • Cancel: We request a 24 hours advance notice of cancellation for services.
  • Sterilization and Sanitizing: All metal implements are sealed in an envelope and sterilized in a steam autoclave.
  • Warranty: Repolish (same color) are Free of Charge within 2 days of initial service and 3 days for Acrylic Nail repair (excluding filling or nail break).
